About me

I worked in the graphic design offices in Tokyo as a print graphic design especially books and magazines of entertain, education, cooking. My strong point is layout design had experiences not only for books but also advertising and posters. Through my freelance job my experience became wider. For example art directing for the event, bus design, exhibition and so on. Thanks to different working styles I got skill of working with colleagues and how to talk to clients. Moving to London and Prague gave me broaden horizon. The purpose was studying in order to know how foreign designer construct the concept to visualize, to know design education, working with foreign designer and collaborate with the artists in other departments and... talking in English. I studied of graphic, print making technique got a lot of skill and knowledge of printing and hand craft, then I work as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator with Japan, China and the Czech republic. I have seen how artists/designers create the projects and I found they were more flexible for working than Japanese. But we Japanese are good at developing the detail and change the concept with the same projects. For the result Japan and European countries has very different because of the different mentality and humor. I would like to work to take the good balance to give the good influence in your company from my experience of art, design and working with foreigners.
