- H&M VIP Store OpeningFashion giant H&M opened it 's first Perth (Australia) store, engaging PR and Events Management agency, Muse Bureau, to execute the glamourous VIP store opening event and invite-only lunch and shopping experience. The event began with guests meeting at a local trendy restaurant/bar for coffee and brunch canapes before being whisked off in private cars to the soon-to-be opened H&M store. The guests were then taken through the store to learn about H&M's conscious fashion philosophy and a private shopping experience. Following the shop, guests were taken back to the restaurant for drinks and a long table lunch. I worked with Muse Bureau as an Events and Publicity Assistant on this project to help create, research, develop and produce this event. During my time at Muse Bureau and working on the H&M VIP store opening my duties included but were not limited to: gathering research and quotes for event specifications; assisting and taking minutes in concept development meetings; liaising with clients and suppliers; developing social media campaign reports; coordinating items for a large-scale charity auction; and spread sheet management.
