My work ranges from full-scale re-forming and business transformation programmes, through to pre-merger prep and post-merger integrations, to smaller commissions for companies who may want to re-invent or re-imagine what they do, better, more profitably or with more relevance.
My proven track record in Creative Industry comes from 22 years of first hand experience as a cross-disciplinary leader, strategy expert, talent cultivator and culture advocate, leading businesses and projects at critical moments in their development. Through these roles, my work in brand consulting, advertising, design and technology has made me adept at navigating complicated sets of stakeholders from visionary creative mavericks to global CEOs.
