Accountable for the Quality of Groupon’s endeavors across four major countries (IT,ES,PT,GR);
- Managing a team (4px) and representing the SER region in Groupon Goods International (EMEA);
- Dealing with the Planning targets and deadlines of the Sales teams;
- Monitoring the achievement of KPIs of the sales force; coordination and standardization of activities, definition of procedures; creation of training docs and guidelines to check productivity and efficiency; focus on Groupon One Playbook project;
- Support to the sales area and to all the other OPS teams; coordination of weekly meetings and war rooms with other departments and Managers.
