Heading up a marketing team that covers UK, FR, DE, NL and IT. Our foundation in this team is to deliver strong ROI for our affiliate clients across a variety of publishers. But we also work with brands to create and successfully accomplish content campaigns based on complex client KPI's. These campaigns can include blogger outreach, brand communications, display and magazine editorials that can support new product lines, brand launches or delivering a clear and multi-market brand message online. With experience in PPC, SEO, E-Mail, Lead Gen and Affiliates, I lead by example to ensure my team meet our clients targets.
Biglight fashion agency has a client list that includes River Island, Uniqlo, Goldsmiths and UGG Australia. My role includes managing all relationships with major content sites, comparison sites and blogs. Being a main point of contact for the online managers for all our clients I must manage the team to succeed in all brand and business KPI's. These include sales revenue, conversions and ROI but we also build brand awareness through in store events, e-mail communications and co-branded competitions.
Under my supervision the All Saints concession in Selfridges doubled in size when relocating to a new area. With that came challenges of stock management, staff recruitment and higher targets. I am pleased to say that we efficiently overcame all obstacles and outperformed standalone stores in terms of revenue taken.
This role included creating and managing rotas, training staff, and conducting assessment days for new staff. I was the main point of contact for the shop floor concessions teams making sure their staff were trained correctly and they met the brand guidelines daily. Managing a team of 30 in a fast paced and fashion forward company meant being a quick problem server and clear communicator to the team and senior management.
