As the role of PR Manager within global leading tech company Delivery Hero, I managed multiple areas including corporate, crisis and consumer PR for their UK entity hungryhouse, one of the UK’s largest online brands, and among the 35 in their global network.
Within my role I was acting 2IC to Head of Brand, being heavily involved in creative decisions and execution to help create a memorable national everyday brand. This subsequently included management of multi-channel marketing campaigns including channels Social, SEO/Content, CRM and 3 external agencies.
hungryhouse was sold in December 2016 to the current UK market leader, Just Eat, for an impressive £240m which subject to a CMA investigation which lasted over 15 months.
During this challenging time I was a key stakeholder working closely with my CEO in leading all internal communications and leadership training across the business to ensuring culture and transparency were upheld for all staff.
