Team Leader RetailTOPSHOP TOPMAN
Whilst supporting my university degree I developed to Team Leader level at the world flagship for this fast-paced fashion brand (Team Leader from Jan 2015). Worked across various departments including supporting the management of back-of-house operations, front of house fashion trends, and specialist department areas including Boutique in the exclusive Regent Street entrance space.
Developed strong relationships with branch merchandisers (both visual and stock commerical) to drive sales and supported heavily with learning and development of others and involvement in local HR management including staff planning, deployment, absence and performance management and recruitment.
Recently transferred (Dec 15) to local store (Basingstoke) where I took on further responsibilities including general store administration, keyholding and cash management and representing the store at area-level meetings.
