In my current role of Junior Partnership Manager at MKF my main responsibilities are, as key client contact, to build and nurture exceptional relationships with clients and drive revenue from client campaigns including up-selling and cross selling. As JPM I am in charge of taking responsibility of overall campaign strategy for my clients and using my knowledge and expertise to meet my client’s objectives resulting in high retention rates & increased revenue for the company. My portfolio of clients includes Marks & Spencer, Mi5, Mayer Brown, TATA Consultancy Services, Accenture, Medivet, Diageo, Aon & Penna. TATA being one of the companies biggest loyal clients with a minimum of 100k revenue coming in every year. I am also passionate about improving companywide internal ways of working and have played a key part in pushing for positive internal work transition. This ranges from the training of new team members and improving internal processes between the Client Partnerships Team, Business Development & Delivery Teams at MKF. As a confident and calm member of the team I am to inspire and support my colleagues. I feel my knowledge of the companies inner workings has best placed me to help drive efficiencies and successes. This is something I am passionate about wherever I work. In addition to my formal roles, I have taken on additional team roles, including heading up two working groups; The Support & Development Group & The Apprenticeship Working Group. These allowed me to further my knowledge on developments in the workplace and also expanding industry knowledge. I am also one of the company’s Mental Health Champions; I am passionate about improving awareness for this in the workplace. As a champion I am involved in supporting and setting up activities around the promotion of positive mental health/wellbeing in the company.

    Campaign Executive & Partnership ExecutiveMyKindaFuture
     - London, United KingdomFull Time
Before being promoted to Junior Partnership Manager I had three main roles at MKF; Campaign Executive, Interim Media Manager & Partnership Executive. My first role was as Campaign Executive. My responsibilities were to establish and maintain systems in order for the company to accurately track performance of campaigns and report these back to key stakeholders including clients, educators and the internal team. I worked across a number of different campaigns for clients, including BT, Rolls-Royce, Nestle, Coca-Cola European Partners, The Civil Service, Allen & Overy, Arcadia & TATA Consultancy Services. During my time as Campaign Executive, I also took on the role of interim Media Manager, for six months. This involved the creation of digital content and the scheduling, activation, reporting and analysis of the performance of our online platforms. The role involved outreach and promotion of campaigns to push for more attendees at events and users on our online platforms. My KPIs were focused on outputs from the campaigns I ran, such as website visits, registrations and attendees at events. After a year, I progressed to Partnership Executive, where my focus shifted to client relationships. In addition to this I took on full Partnership Manager responsibility for 3 different campaigns. My current Partnership role involves being the key point of contact for clients, dealing with budgets, project managing/organising the team around me to report/deliver on time and meet our KPIs of positive client feedback, client retention, budget forecasting & creation of reporting templates that drive positive business outcomes. Through my Campaign and Partnership roles, I have developed knowledge of how to build and nurture client relationships whilst also remaining deeply involved in the overall organisation and delivery of campaigns end-to-end.
