About me

A longboard & mini-cruiser skateboard maker, artist and illustrator based in South London, with 4 years professional experience and a degree in Fine Art from The CASS in Whitechapel. I work incredibly well to tight deadlines and have a borderline obsessive level of attention to detail.

Jungle Longboards

Jun 2016
  • London, United Kingdom
  • Full Time
  • In 2016 I founded a small longboard & mini-cruiser skateboard brand, Jungle Longboards, around a foundation of creativity and environmentalism. In this role my primary focus is the creation of beautifully handcrafted & bespoke boards from sustainable materials, however responsibilities also include all product design, marketing, web design, book-keeping - basically everything involved in running a company.

Print Designer

Ting Boards

May 2015 - Jul 2015
  • United Kingdom
  • Freelance
  • A small series of projects for my friends over at Ting Boards and Bear Phonic Events, including t-shirt print design and Pop-Art style event posters.

Artist Assistant

Boyarde Ltd.

Jun 2014 - Oct 2015
  • London, United Kingdom
  • Full Time
  • I was responsible for the creation of hand-crafted and painted leather fashion accessories, and the painting of unique Pop Art designs onto high end designer handbags. Skills required by this roll included acrylic painting, drawing, painting restoration and product design/manufacture (leatherwork).

Print Designer

The Mute Collective

Jul 2013 - Jul 2016
  • United Kingdom
  • Freelance
  • Over the years I have been involved in numerous projects, ranging from print design for t-shirts and hoodies to large-scale stencil graffiti pieces, including creating art live at festivals such as Boardmasters. I still occasionally help out on the odd logo tweak or template here and there.

BA (Hons) Fine Art 2.1

The Cass

Sep 2010 - Jul 2013
  • London, United Kingdom
  • I gathered extensive artistic experience across the 3 year degree, focusing on the learning of craft more than concept, with a heavy focus on printmaking before specialising in my final year in contemporary drawing practise.
