About me
Talent Development Co-ordinator for TriForce Creative network I'm passionate about engaging with and helping to promote diverse talent into the creative industries. I am also the founder of Boujie Media, I spend much of my time creating content with youth organisations that seek to give young people a voice. I run a series of content called Bouje Media Presents, interviewing local inspirational people, enabling young people to develop networks, confidence build, research and develop networking skills.     I also speak on a number of education panel discussions as a strong advocate for recognising soft skills and inspiring the next generation of talent.     In addition, I was Leeds Melanin Festival Director. The Melanin Festival, created by Our Mel, is a celebration of culture, history and communities, the festival is run throughout Black History Month. In 2018 Sam helped to organise numerous free events for communities and families, this included but wasn’t limited to, creative writing workshops at ITV, STEM workshops and hosting cinema screenings for films such as No Shade, opening up much-needed discussions on colourism. I worked alongside other members of the Our Mel team to deliver this amazing festival
