• A recent promotion to become a Store trainer has given me the opportunity to deliver store welcome to all new starters within the company alongside working within the HR department managing the switchboard and administrative duties
• Coaching integration on to the shop floor, managing Skills coaches and reviews for new starters.
• Confident communication with Management and regional training team.
• Integrated well into a diverse workforce, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment and provide excellent customer service
• Understanding my best sellers in order to back a winner increase profit margin and build average spend.
