I'm a freelance marketer who gets her kicks from a good content audit and community engagement boosting!
As the first hire at Inkpact (a tech startup with a difference), I relished the opportunity to build their brand from the ground up. Getting stuck into anything and everything that could help the brand grow (with zero budget in the beginning) I got to grips with ways to organically grow the marketing side and ways to showcase the company's social mission and bring the purpose of 'humans first' in a tech world to the forefront of their content and engagement strategies.
Being challenged with a next-to-none budget, I welcomed the challenge of finding solutions and partnering with brands and events to raise Inkpact's profile in a way that felt meaningful and genuine.
It was here that I got the opportunity to work with brands such as; Brands I've worked with include John Lewis, Ogilvy, Good Energy, Majestic Wine, Naked Wines, Baby Mori, Inkpact, North East Wales Tourism and a well know FMCG, leading and pitching creative customer loyalty campaigns to drive a new income stream and added value for Inkpact.
I now offer different aspects of plug-in marketing solutions to assist multiple brands and startups with content, brand and community engagement as they grow.

Other responsibilities included:
- Managed all aspects of the brand, analysing the brand and current strategies, highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.
- Created a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
- Partnered with brands on content marketing and events that reflected the brand's image.
- Created an enduring brand message that resulted in increased sales and brand loyalty.
- Championed the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
- Worked closely with all members of the team to ensure the commercial goals of the brand are met.
- Presented the brand and creative strategies to sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and pitches.
- Managed external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets were met.
- Responsible for new marketing opportunities that fitted the brand and maximised all opportunities for growth, both organically and paid.
