Client Management
Working directly for the Managed Services Director I am responsible for supporting all customer communications, escalations and awareness generating events. My role allows me to be interactive with many organisations at all levels of the management spectrum; from Senior Execs through to marketing teams I am confident at communicating at all levels. The Managed Service unit was embryonic when I started and I have had the opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of starting a new business. My strengths are around customer awareness and proactively marketing services within the business as well as outside. My role also encompasses the day to day management of client experience
