• Keeping track of weekly launch schedule and broadcasting titles to ensure files are delivered in a timely manner for automatic content protection workflows.
• Liaising with production companies, licensees and broadcasters to ensure that digital materials and reference files are delivered and ingested into asset management systems for bulk delivery.
• Coordinating digital content protection and implementing content ID practices for entire catalogue.
• Resolving copyright and trademark conflicts with Rights management, Acquisition teams and Legal department.
• Overseeing projects to action most efficient Content ID practices for new titles and creating reports and documentation to track back catalogue titles with relevant metadata and rights information.
• In-depth knowledge on rights reports (Jaguar) and storage databases (EasyTrack).
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and various CMS (Content Management Systems) and asset management systems (Blue Lucy Asset Management).
