•Working within a small marketing team, predominantly with the Head of Brand and Comms and the Head of CRM on a wide range of projects from TV and Outdoor Advertising to CRM campaign management •Managing projects end-to-end with full ownership. •Writing the copy for e-mails, outdoor advertising, social media and other promotional materials •Analysing acquisition and retention using software such as Tableau •Aiding with design, testing and development of responsive and mobile based product to drive the business in the face of huge shift towards mobile •Producing the company’s newsletters, surveys, tactical and promotional e-mails, as well as working on a review of existing e-mail templates with a view to revise them to optimum potential. •Full management of e-mail deployment, from planning and design, through to writing copy and analysing the results of campaigns. •Producing fun and engaging yet informative content to optimise social media fan acquisition, engagement, conversion and brand awareness •Taking full ownership of the brand’s blog, becoming the principal content writer, deciding which content should be produced, gathering information and writing the copy. •Overseeing social media channels and analysing seasonal, regional and market trends in order to produce the best strategy. •Producing and directing videos to publicise the company’s opportunities. •Managing the relationship between the Gumtree and several agencies, from the advertising agency to the retargeting agency in order to optimise transparency and foster the best possible working partnership.
