I became a Freelance Model in 2018, during my BA International Relations at the University of Essex. It was that same year that I set out to pursue a career in journalism. Shortly after graduating, I began writing entertainment news articles for the website: Reverbium. This was shortly before moving to London to continue my studies at City, University of London.
At the end of 2019, I achieved my MA International Politics while my ventures as a Freelance Model lead me to be cast in fashion campaigns, published in print magazines, featured in commercials/music videos and gained representation from Frame Perfect: The Creative Collective and Source Models.
At the start of 2020, with the support of the managing director of BOYZ Magazine, I began writing features and submitting them to the magazine. This encouraged me to create a side project. It has involved interviewing some of London's up-and-coming music artists and writing a series of features.

Karnage Kills is a Black Gay Femme Grime artist and despite the intransigence experienced from all sides, this London rapper is not about to get coerced out of his musical ambition.

On the side of my studies and part-time jobs, I decided to pursue modelling.
As a freelancer, I have learnt to be proactive in finding jobs, using various online platforms, creating a website to showcase my portfolio, and approaching various photographers and brands.
Being at university and also having stable jobs, I've had organise my time, successfully meeting coursework deadlines, remaining reliable at work and attending photoshoots.
Representing myself also requires me to make invoices, file important documents (such as contracts or release forms), write effective e-mails all the while maintaining strong relationships with creatives in the industry.
