Joining SQUIZ in the summer of 2013 starting as an Account Executive supporting the account team, I was able to develop my skills in digital managing and growing a set of £50k - 250k accounts. Responsibilities included weekly commercial and strategic reporting, managing opportunity qualification, proposal/pitch workflow, point of escalation 24/7, 365 and govern production quality to ensure client needs are met. By 2016 I had progressed to Senior Account Manager, working closely with the Client Services Director to develop strong relationships with the agency’s largests key accounts, responsible for £1.5m of retained services.
