About me
With nearly five years of work experience out of which three years are direct event management experience. After working in countries like Singapore and India I am now looking to do similar work in London.
As an Events Coordinator I had the chance to work with global organizations. I have planned and executed conferences, team building activity days, offsite sales meet and large-scale events. My background includes identifying client requirements, venue inspection, negotiating with vendors and coordinating with different teams involved in an event.
I worked on client budgets and made sure each element had been delivered. I was also in charge of license procurement, on site print communication and digital communication to make sure the target guest list came to the event.
This taught me to cater to the clients last minute changes and always have Plan B in place. Building solid relationships through effective interpersonal communication and leadership skills. Demonstrating problem solving and organizational skills while being under pressure.
