I am Sandra S David; everyone calls me Sandra. I work in publishing, and I am also a filmmaker. I directed and produced ‘Chasing Humans’ in January 2020. It’s a short poetic film that explores a woman’s fears concerning the upsurge of crime in London.
I began my career as a journalist and have written several works of fiction. Notable among them is ‘Cydonia, Rise of the fallen.’ I’m working on a collection of short stories titled, ‘A Liar in heaven and other Stories’.
I am a senior editor at Arrow Gate Publishing, an independent publisher in Westminster, London.
I am exploring immersive ways of shooting films. I am also writing scripts about racial inequalities, women’s empowerment and domestic violence.
I am passionate about my family and the environment, and I always highlight the effects of pollution on climate change. I am looking forward to creating more films that highlight the beauty and complications inherent in our world.
