Projects
- SUSHI SOCKSThe sushi socks present a collaboration with an Royal College of Art colleague Saša Štucin. We had created the socks initially for a Christmas Sale Stand at the RCA, but later also participated in the Artsthread+ Urban Outfitters Xmas Gift Competition. . Though appropriate as a Christmas gift, sushi socks can be rolled and gifted for any occasion.
- TRAGICAL DEATH OF THE ECONOMICAL ANALYSTThe visual identity (poster, booklet, flyer) presents a collaboration with Maja Kolar, a product/graphic designer from Croatia. Maja and I reflected elements of the theatre play by Vedrana Klepica ‘Tragical Death of the Economical Analyst’: the four leading characters - four waves of thoughts in transitional post-Yugoslavian society, pneumatic war sirens, devastated industry, political opportunists and their exotic destinations, random creatures, Joseph A. Schumpeter, the famous Austrian political scientist, claimed to be avoided by a rational methodology and technique... something must have gone wrong.
- GSMJ CATALOGUEThe catalogue for RCA’s Jewelry Design Department present a collaboration with Livia Lima, a Visual Communication MA colleague and myself. The design concept is based on an the idea of an odyssey, a travelling through time reflecting students’ works of varying styles and periods they belong to, some already announcing the future and others rediscovering the past. In form, the idea of the odyssey is reflected through the individual cards inserted into a particular segment of the common booklet telling the story. And as a story prepared to be told, it is wrapped (inside a poster) until revealed.
