About me
Working with passion and enthusiasm in my roles, I embrace the challenges and rewards that running events can bring. I am overall dedicated to provide an exceptional service to my customers and their audiences. My previous positions have given me a wealth of experience in many areas; however, I would highlight scheduling, attention to detail, and high-pressure management as some of my key skills. My hobbies include traveling, cooking and design. I try to learn a new personal skill every year; currently, I am experimenting with floristry, taking French lessons and practicing calligraphy.

    Wild Flowers - WorkshopA workshop where the participants explored different techniques for drying and pressing wild flowers from a certain region of the Alicante mountains. In this project, I developed the creative idea as well as the organization, promotion and execution of the course.

    I started as the Events and Training Administrator before quickly progressing in the company to become the leader of this department. Listed below are several of my responsibilities and achievements relating to the organisation and promotion of the events and the scheduling and execution of over 100 training courses per year: - Create different strategies to accomplish the objectives of our clients. - Discuss and negotiate prices with different suppliers sticking to the budget. - Create and follow schedules to deliver different events at the same time. - Target, research and contact the relevant event attendees. - Expand the company contact database after the new GDPR. - Prepare Press and Public Relations materials. - Nurture and develop established relations with existing and prospective costumers. - Contribute to creative ideas to create unique and innovative events. - Create graphic materials like brochures, banners, signage and flyers. - Social media management including creative copy, creation of visual materials and content planning using different platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer. - Schedule and execution of different platforms of email marketing. - Research relevant topics to complement and develop our existing portfolio of training courses. - Manage and develop a portfolio of speakers, suppliers and venues. - Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint and Prezi presentations. - Manage the whole Events and Training team; including their tasks, schedules, and overall team strategy.
