- Manage the diary by chasing provisional holds & to focus on the pro-active conversion of inquiries using pre-set negotiation tools to secure the bookings.
- Liaising with IT department and catering company, arranging clients requests for the meetings, dinner parties etc.
- Meeting with the client on site & complete follow up calls with all event organizers.
- Working with the venue administrator to ensure an accurate invoice is produced post-event.
