    Erdem x H&MI worked alongside Erdem and Baz Luhrmann creating garments for the Erdem x H&M collaboraton. I worked on the lookbook and fashion film developing garments for each model. As well as tailoring I also created illustrations of Michal Pudelka's beautiful images.

    I was responsible for setting up the store by dressing and styling mannequins and windows as well as displaying the product, enhancing specific garments in order to enrich the customer experience and to improve the store overall performance. Decision were based in analysing daily and weekly selling and KPI's as well as latest fashion trends, competitors approaches and head office guidelines, working closely with Area Visual Merchandiser Manager and Head of Styling. I was also in charge of: training new members of staff in order to maintain an high level of presentation standards; assuring that the graphic communications in store were in place and in line with the business; managing stock levels; lighting; taking care and keep an inventory of all visual equipment and graphic material. I have also supported on store management as and where needed.
