In this role I worked daily with around 60-90 inbound customers in peak high season, understanding their needs and finding accommodation for them in Spain that suits their preferences. I would describe it not only as a sales job but also a customer service job: most of the people who come to us are looking for reassurance as they are often coming to a foreign country where they don't speak the language. Due to the nature of working in a start up, my role was less defined and I have also worked with the operations side of things, ensuring that the product is updated and that the landlords that we work with continue to be happy with our service and feel valued.
