As Art Director of Dissolve's exclusive content, I was responsible for shaping and curating all exclusive content in Dissolve's stock footage collection. I did the following:
- discover and recruit filmmakers
- curate exclusive content acquired from filmmakers
- offer tips and guidance to filmmakers based on industry knowledge via regular shooting briefs
- art direct film shoots to produce commercial high-quality footage
- negotiate contracts and footage licensing
- work with Marketing to establish the best path for each individual filmmaker and their content

Before switching roles to Art Director at Dissolve, I was a video editor for the company. Duties included the following:
- combed through terabytes of raw footage to find and edit authentic, commercially viable moments
- edited together creative reels for marketing purposes
- wrote critical feedback for filmmakers to learn and grow in their skills
