About me
ABOUT ME Originally from Naples, Sara Latella is the creative communicator you were looking for. Latella works in the field of communication from the analytical and creative perspectives between Milan and London. Latella graduated with honours in International Relations at LUISS, Rome. Later, she obtained a MA in Marketing at HULT American Business School in London. There, she attended few short courses in Art Direction and Fashion Journalism at Central Saint Martins. During the pandemic, forced to move back to Italy, she started to exploit her creativity, and created a portfolio just for fun. Thanks to that, she was awarded with a scholarship at IED, Milan. There, she completed a Master’s degree in Fashion. STYLING Latella worked first as an assistant for Lotta Volkova, Ramona Tabita, Viviana Volpicella, Serena Pompei, Stefano Guerrini and Marco Dellasette. Now, Latella works with Magazines such as L’Officiel Italia, Vogue Hong Kong, SCHON Magazine, CAP74024, MMScene, Contributor and many others. As for commercial work, Latella handles e-commerce styling for the brands Dsquared2, Vic Matie and her main client RINASCENTE; and Still Life Styling for the brands Dsquared2, GDCS and Zegna. Latella also worked at the creation of advertising campaigns for the brands Vicolo, BESILENT, GDD Denim, and the multi-brand luxury shop Giugliano UOMO. JOURNALISM Latella first assisted the journalist Cristina Manfredi in researching and writing content for the project (ContemporaneA). Now she writes about fashion for the online magazine Eclettico Magazine. Latella is also training to become a journalist, covering foreign affairs, current affairs, culture, art and lifestyle for XXI Secolo. COMMUNICATION/MARKETING In the field of marketing, Latella worked first as a Communication and Pr assistant for BESILENT, a lifestyle menswear brand, for a year. After completing her MA, she started working for MARCO DAL MASO, a London-based high-end jewellery brand. Latella is now working as a freelancer with the bag rental start-up Sisterly. For Marco DAL MASO, Latella developed email-marketing campaigns (Mailchimp and Klaviyo); created PPC campaigns (Google Ads); created content (photo and video editing) and scheduled content for MDM Channels including Organic Social (IG, IGS, IGTV, Facebook); generated engaging copy; analyzed competitor’s strategies (worldwide); measured marketing strategies’ effectiveness (Key Performance Indicators). For Sisterly, Latella is writing articles on the blog website (according to SEO). Managing and scheduling content; monitoring social media traffic and engaging online users. Launching and managing paid social ads, including boosted posts, carousel ads and videos with Facebook Manager (+ 500 app installations in the 60 days).
