Working in the newly formed Events team at Hearst UK tasked with driving new revenue streams into the business I was in charge of growing client relationships and driving creative partnerships and launching new headline events across multiple brands such as Elle Weekender, Red Smart Women Week & Women’s Health Live.
Hearst UK restructured it’s commercial output to be agency group focussed I was Director of Publicis Group and IPG as well as all Independent agencies. Running a team of two, our task was to drive revenue and share across these key agency groups through excellent relationships and leveraging the 22 brands across all platforms including print, digital, app and events.
