About me
Experienced Product Manager having worked across numerous products including mobile apps, marketplace solutions, e-commerce sites and B2B software platforms. Currently a Product Manager within the connectivity division of ARM. I’m passionate about driving user value, and success metrics drive me alongside the people I work with. Using Analytics tools, user testing I aim to use data to drive the ‘why?’ behind what we are building, and help to identify problems and opportunities as they arise. As a sociable person I enjoy collaborating and meeting people and I like to translate that into value with the products we build.

    Currently a Product Manager of a global multimillion dollar software product working with various stakeholders and cross functional engineering teams. Gathering customer requirements, identifying opportunities, prioritising product feature backlog for engineering teams, defining product roadmap based on data insights. To enable this I host customer research sessions, use a combination of analytics tools including Hotjar, Mixpanel, Tableau and Optimize. More recently I was a key member and Product lead in the launch of the IoT software platform in the US. I regularly host global webinars, pitch ideas and findings to senior stakeholders and Directors. I work closely with the engineering teams as well as Marketeers, Sales Reps and support functions globally.

    Led the Marketing strategy and implementation as well as managing a team of four marketeers and data scientists. We grew the B2B network from 10 to over 300 businesses and app users base from 0-17,000 downloads in less than 6 months. In addition to this we built the Swipii app from the ground up as well as managing a full rebrand ahead of the Series A of funding round. I implemented various paid marketing campaigns including Google ads, Facebook ads, SEO and email marketing campaigns. Using agile methodologies I worked closely with the engineering team, acting as their product owner and driving insights and the ‘why’ behind what we were building. I was responsible for reporting on growth metrics and product outcomes which were fed back to investors and the board of directors.
