- Sara Potter YogaSara first dipped her toe into the yoga scene when she moved to London nine years ago. Looking for a remedy to comfort her stiff joints and aching muscles caused by long-distance running, she quickly developed a regular practice and started exploring the myriad forms of yoga available to practice in the big city.
