- Boiler Room x Ballantine's True Music FundLaunched Boiler Room x Ballantine's first mentorship programme offering financial investment and one-to-one mentoring for independent programmers, artists and creatives, with the goal to help supporting local music communities and bringing subcultures to the fore. The first project/s launched by the True Music Fund will come to life in Spain and South Africa, with more countries to be announced in 2020.

Leading the Ballantine's partnership, and this year celebrating 10 years of it with the well-recognised campaigns True Music Studios and True Music 10. By directing the partnership to continue the in-depth exploration of music scenes around the globe, we have successfully told the stories from each community with authentic integrity while achieving strong brand uplift year after year, as well as exceeding KPIs.
Managing delivery to a high-level, progressing platforms and optimising ways of working, resulting in satisfied stakeholders and high-performing content. Composing successful creative pitches to expand bespoke content and events offerings, furthering touchpoints for local music communities and, in turn, broadening global knowledge and appreciation of these incredible and nuanced pockets of the world.

Developed and executed culturally relevant strategies, managed internal team communications and delivered to a high standard, exceeding all KPIs. Projects include Nike SNKRS at Fête de la Musique, True Music Studios with Ballantine's and Jacquemus Bissou party in Paris.
Established the True Music Fund, including setting criteria, leading judging panels and managing mentorship roles.
Proactively initiated and managed roll out of the company wide accessibility policy throughout the by organising audits, holding meetings and continually striving to improve music industry standards through the creation of an Access Handbook.
