I'm a commercial and customer-centric leader with over 14years omni channel retail expertise with John Lewis Partnership, most recently in Digital Trading and Customer Experience. I’m passionate about connected consumer journeys with a focus on market leading launches and developing new propositions. I have a learner mindset and love knowing what's new in retail and how people think.
On a more personal note, I love seeing what's new in retail, food markets and experiences, plus taking floristry courses, visiting art exhibitions, and recently started outdoor yoga.
