Guest Relations Executive
During my time at Marriott I have worked towards achieving personal and team goals for guest satisfaction, rewards enrolment and upsells. Working in a 5* hotel in the heart of London I have developed my skills in a fast paced and high pressure environment. After working as a front desk agent I was promoted to Guest Relations, a diverse role of customer service and administration.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Dailey admirative duties such as logging VIP guest, creating daily briefs for all hotel staff and logging all issue with in the hotel
• Welcome and great guest
• Handle all complaints and issue which arise during shift
• Help Host in member executive lounge
• Respond to all emails and phone calls promptly
• Respond to all Marriot Member Customer Cares.
