Guest Relations Executive During my time at Marriott I have worked towards achieving personal and team goals for guest satisfaction, rewards enrolment and upsells. Working in a 5* hotel in the heart of London I have developed my skills in a fast paced and high pressure environment. After working as a front desk agent I was promoted to Guest Relations, a diverse role of customer service and administration.
