Manager of the restaurant’s Instagram and Trip Advisor pages, as well as a contributor to the staff blog. This involved the taking and editing of Instagram photos, responding to customer feedback and adhering to our marketing calendar. I have been instrumental in developing the restaurant’s digital presence and have increased our online following tenfold, as well improving our overall Trip Advisor rating. As shift supervisor I am responsible for the smooth running of the business and assisting with the training of new staff, serving up to 700 customers per day, cashing out using Excel and managing customer service.
