• Client: Huawei (Consumer Business Group) Responsible for social media management across global Huawei CBG channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Content Management: Creating content calendars for all channels. Briefing and working with the design team, writing all copy, publishing all content through sprout, developing new content ideas, researching competitor brands & tech news.
• Influencer Management: Manging our influencer marketing strategy and all collaborations from identification through to campaign delivery, reporting and payment. Working with influencers with a variety of specialisms such tech, lifestyle, pet, travel, entertainment with both micro and macro followings.
• Community Management: Managing all channel’s community engagement including positive, negative & support interactions, developing crisis communications strategy, community briefs, superfan identification & engagement. Developing and managing UGC strategy.
• Reporting & Analytics: Managing monthly analysis and reports on content, campaigns, community and weekly analytics. Using Sprout, Net base and other social listening tools to help identify key learnings and inform strategy.
• Strategy & Campaigns: Assisting with all campaign conception from brief through to delivery, including Christmas, Halloween & Valentine’s day campaigns & the development of quarterly and 2020-year long strategies.
