Fluxe LTD

  • London, United Kingdom
  • Full Time
  • Supplying women’s woven fashion to high-street leaders and smaller brands, there is continuous opportunity for design and development. A fantastic learning environment, I am constantly able to develop and push my professional skills as part of an immersive and supportive company. Initially hired to support the team in a Design Assistant capacity, I was quickly able to progress. Soon after my appointment I was working as the designer for a range of beachwear at ASOS achieving the highest ever unit sales teamed with an overall 75% sale through for the collection.

2017

Designer and Key Account Manager ASOS

Fluxe LTD

Apr 2016 - Apr 2017
  • London, United Kingdom
  • Full Time
  • Following the loss of a couple of team members to start their own company, I was invited to reinforce the ASOS account. A slight adjustment from solo design work, I was able to sell and anticipate the customer needs as well as designing into them. Subsequent to my appointment, I had managed to assist in settling a turbulent account, as well as turning it into a calm average of improved sales, up 40%. We have since achieved the highest ever company repeats for ASOS as well as a month on month growth, currently peaking as up 50% on last year.
