Working closely with in house pattern cutters and machinists, as well as specing styles to be made externally, we develop styles for a spectrum of UK retailers. Designing collaboratively alongside both in house and customer Design, Buying and Production teams, across Woven and Jersey product areas. Using inspirational trips, such as to Europe, London shopping and the Races to be surrounded by our customer and truly absorb how she wears our product. Successfully feeding this back to the teams and new development meetings with the customer, to create stronger product and secure higher sales. Translating customer needs into a cohesive offering, whilst balancing production capabilities, we are reactive to social media to ensure we are the first offering new product or fabric translations, as well as collating research to inform on emerging trends and micro trends that is inline with the customer vision. Co-ordinating juniors to help prepare for meetings etc, whilst mentoring them to improve skills and advance in the team.
