I am the founder of Sarah Taylor Hawke Business Consulting, Coaching and Mentoring. I’m a fully qualified and experienced coach and mentor to senior leaders and business owners.
I also offer careers coaching to people who are looking to make a major career change, want to climb the career ladder or are feeling stuck and wanting to explore their options for the future.
I’m also a previous and current business owner and know how hard it can be to work on your business whilst you are working in it. Particularly in this current economic and competitive climate.
I have clients from a range of industries, all of whom are in positions of senior leadership or are the owners of their business. I work with individuals or teams depending on their wants and needs.
I’m known for my straight forward, pragmatic and constructively challenging approach, always listen hard and bring empathy and understanding.
I’ll champion my clients from the sidelines and be your biggest supporter. From feedback and testimonials I know the interactions I have produce results and change situations aiming for clients to feel confident and believing in themselves. Their businesses also grow and evolve too.
