I'm Director and Product Lead at Echo (economyofhours.com). Echo is an Economy of Hours: a marketplace without the money. Our members trade the skills, services or resources they have for those they need, using a currency called Echoes. The exchange rate is simple: 1 hour = 1 Echo.
I've been part of the Echo team since its inception in 2013, and have played a lead role in growing Echo's membership to 5,500+. I've led on Echo's operations, business development and product development since 2016, including our digital platform, enterprise support programmes and civic innovation grant scheme.
