As Lead Creative at Get The Gloss I am in charge of all graphic and digital design, video and photography production, direction and creation.
2012-2017
Work closely along side the Editor-in-Chief while managing the art team to create an online magazine for beauty and wellness that is modern, fun and feminine. Working on Get The Gloss since its launch it has been my responsibility to transfer my Editor's vision into a creative platform.
As sole designer working on the site, we won the award for 'Best Designed Site' at the Online Media Awards 2014. Shortlisted 2015
*Designing website elements on a daily basis.
*Re design current pages to keep the website modern and on trend.
*In charge of the overall design, HTML coding and production of the weekly newsletter.
*In charge of pictures and ensuring the imagery used within the site and each particular design, is in keeping with our initial aesthetic.
*Constantly developing our visual aesthetic to ensure we keep on tend.
*Designing and producing printed material such as brochures and leaflets for events.
*Working to strict deadlines.
*Adapting quickly to content management systems and designing for an online platform.
*Using the Adobe Creative Suite, Blaze Content Management System
