�‍♀️ I have 15 years’ experience working in agency recruitment within the digital sector. Now embarking my journey in to talent management. Core skills I have picked up along the way are, talent pooling, headhunting, business development, strategic planning and account management. Plus, I have highly proficient leadership skills, managing high performing teams, with the ability to motivate and develop at all levels �‍� My professional ambition has always been to be part of a business that has a powerful mission in forward thinking and growth!
