With a number of years experience in the Creative Production industry, I have both fresh ideas, and the knowledge of how to implement them. Completing my degree in early 2016, I immediately began to work in the creative world, exploring different aspects of the industry. Having worked and lived in Edinburgh and London, and produced shoots worldwide, I have built an International network in many areas; from model and artist agencies, photographers and stylists to transportation and catering, allowing me to produce content to the highest standard, wherever required. As well as being very organised, I am extremely self-motivated and thrive on working with like-minded people, and in a fast pased enviornment. I am very much inspired by those working around me, and take great pride in my ability to work as part of a team, although am more than capable to manage my own workload. It's extremely important to me that I feel needed as part of a team- I excel when I'm busy, and thrive on problem solving.
The Creative Producer position at Treatwell allowed me to explore different aspects of Production as a role, consisting predominantly of Project Management. From Strategy to project completion, I worked with stakeholders from many aspects of the business to ensure teams were briefed correctly and timings were met. When required by the business, I singlehandedly managed the production of internal and external shoots, including casting, styling and budget management. - Create briefs for the Design teams based on stakeholder requirements, including pre and post production schedules, whilst managing the expectations of all involved - Manage the schedules and workload of a team of Motion Graphics designers in London, and Graphic Designers in Amsterdam, ensuring the creation of assets within allowed timings - Produce and direct still and moving Paid Social assets, casting and shooting internally to ensure inclusivity and diversity, whilst adhering to brand guidelines - Manage the production of all larger campaign shoots from the onset; liaising with artist and model agencies, managing shoot and brand budgets, overseeing all bookings and orders, ensuring prompt asset delivery, etc. - Create internal templates and folder structures to ensure an efficient workflow between all teams - Manage the production of brand merchandise as part of larger campaigns and internal requests - Mediate between artist agencies and Treatwell's legal team to ensure all contracts are compliant with company standard
Joining I Heart Studios gave me the opportunity to work with clients and gain insight into an array of different industries, ranging from homeware to fashion and beauty. As one of two senior members of the team, I was responsible for producing both e-commerce and creative content from beginning to end, working alongside the Creative Director to develop concepts based on the individual clients needs. - Manage e-commerce and creative projects (stills and video) for 50 + clients, from pre to post production, whilst maintaining a relationship with each client and adapting each job to the client's requirements - Liaise daily with talent agencies, organising castings and negotiating rates and usage based on the client's needs and budget - Manage budgets and timelines for the individual client, creating production schedules for each stage of the project - On set management of all team members and shoot schedule - Guide a Junior member of the team, creating KPI's and overseeing their workload
As my first freelance role, Farfetch gave me the opportunity to make fantastic contacts in the industry, whilst gaining experience in editorial shoot production from one of the world's fastest growing fashion retailers. - Manage shoots from concept creation stage to 'Go Live' date, researching and proposing ideas from the onset - Liaise with the some of the world's most renowned model and artist agencies, gathering packages and availability for upcoming shoots - Arrange and hold model castings and meetings with photographers, stylists, set designers and artists - Manage shoot budgets and monthly accruals - Oversee all bookings (models, hair and makeup, flights, catering, etc.) - Mediate between artist agencies and Farfetch's legal team to ensure all contracts are compliant with company standard - Ensure prompt return of retouch edits, mediating between design team and external retouchers - General administration, including but not limited to invoice requests, company expenses
