A diverse role within the Client Services team in which I valuably contributed to a number of exciting projects and achievements, including:
• Managing a relaunch campaign for American Apparel in the UK, including outdoor media, social media and digital strategy.
• Managing a rebrand project, which also included planning and managing a video and photo shoot, project management of four new websites and a series of printed marketing materials across four sub-brands.
• Managing and assisting in four successful international campaigns for Vans (VF Corporation).
• Transforming an account from an unstable position within the agency into a positive and secure relationship with ongoing success.
• Contributing to a successful ongoing relationship with Roberts Radio through writing monthly blog posts.
I fulfilled many duties in this role, including: project management (lead AM on several accounts), leading client meetings, budgeting and forecasting, overseeing and assisting on photo/video shoots, managing team members, copywriting (blog articles, social posts and email copy), proofreading and brief writing.
