Creative CoordinatorASOS
Responsible for managing the process of creative photography assets from initial briefings through to post production, design and go live on site. My responsibilities include;
- Manage monthly shot counts and shoot scheduling of approx 100 shoots per year
- Develop timelines and track progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Awareness of budgetary controls
- Lead monthly sign off meetings with heads of creative, fashion and editorial to finalise shoot edits
- Work with creative and traffic managers to assign project resource based on teams workload and expertise
- Manage the post production of all images, ensure image quality and satisfaction of the - -ASOS aesthetic
- Content management of homepage assets using the CMS system Sitecore
- Manage product availability with retail & editorial teams to ensure product featured in homepage images is in stock
- Work with production, editorial and marketing teams to manage annual shoot roadmap
- Manage and maintain an efficient image library and digital archive
Key to my role is ensuring assets are delivered to various project stakeholders on schedule i.e. design, editorial, retouching, retail, magazine.

Working in the creative team assisting designers with the organisation of all photography assets my responsibilities included;
- Assist with creating pre and post shoot planning documents
- Assist art directors with post shoot edits
- Liaise with various external photographers for high res images
- Make retouching notes, approve final images to ensure all were retouched to brand standards
- Maintain an up to date library of all WW campaign images
- Distribute brand imagery to internal and external stakeholders on request
