Vital players in a huge business transformation project, the content team are responsible for redrafting content on the IR website to improve readability and usability. Key responsibilities include:
• editing and rewriting existing content in plain English on the new content management software, Sitecore
• designing web pages and organising web content with external and internal links to guidelines and glossary items for ease of use
• collaborating with subject matter experts to create content that is technically and legislatively correct
• conducting customer testing, collating the insights gained and using these to inform further drafts.
