Work history
Studio Mamager & EA Studio PA
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the studio
• PA/Team Administrator in a fast-paced environment for a large team
• Meet and greet all visitors to the studio
• Manage daily postal collection and maintain office supplies
• Ensure all studio spaces including meeting room and communal areas are kept clean and oversee any studio maintenance and repair
• Act as main point of contact for key suppliers e.g. IT, cleaner, fire alarm provider.
• Manage filing and archiving systems/taking minutes
• Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they are observed across all spaces
• Seek ways to improve processes and drive efficiencies

• maintaining and updating all HR systems including HR management system, HR log, payroll and pension paperwork, policy handbooks and maintaining employee records
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as interview requests, contracts, and pensions information
• Responsible for invoice/ petty cash processing /purchase order raising and any general data inputting tasks
• Support the wider Senior Management team and Directors in the effective running of the studio.
