Within this role I have a number of administrative tasks which utilise my communication, organisational and software skills; these tasks include: Spreadsheeting finances- including payments received, payments pending, costs for materials and labour, total profits and tax deductions.

Scheduling weekly diary and any holidays
Sourcing materials and equipment for the best possible value
Writing invoices and processing payments to business accounts
