About me

Sasha Snow is a filmmaker whose talent for crafting compelling stories that interweave documentary elements and dramatic reconstruction have garnered him numerous awards and international recognition. His first major international co-production, Arctic Crime & Punishment (2002), follows a police murder investigation and trial in a remote Greenlandic village which was nominated for a Royal Television Society Award. In 2006 he completed Conflict Tiger, an environmental thriller that investigates poaching and the hunt for a ‘man-eating’ tiger in the forests of Siberia. Conflict Tiger won 8 grand prizes at festivals and was nominated for the Wildscreen One Planet Award. In 2010 Sasha received the Environmental Filmmaker of the Decade Award at the Green Planet Movie Awards. Hadwin’s Judgement is his latest film.
