Responsible for the maximisation and capture global sales for our retail channels, through strong customer relationships, resulting in strong sales and high engagement. The role also include assisting the E-Commerce Lead, Operations and Marketing teams to deliver the best customer service experience imaginable. I was responsible for the support in driving the shift from promotional customer outreach to meaningful client relationship building by supporting the development of a robust non-promotional client development strategy with the appropriate tools, through partnerships with CRM, Salesforce, Merchandising, Training, IT and Retail.
