About me:
I have lived in 7 different countries so far (Brazil, USA, France, Japan, Panama, Switzerland and Portugal), but I pretend to continue expanding the possibilities to live and explore new challenges, cultures, and experiences. I am a natural challenge-seeker!
Thus, I have been positively impacted by different cultures and languages, which helps me become extremely adaptable, resilient, and straightforward. I tend to be an outgoing speaker, naturally articulating ideas to influence and inspire others. I take bold actions and like to build momentum around the projects that I pursue.
I believe that the human-centred design mindset together with sustainability goals must be at the core of any and all Business Endeavours. So, I aim at being human and sustainable oriented, providing tools and setting growth with the right focus.
I am always very eager to learn, ready to deliver, and to make change happen!
Career Highlights:
After completing a degree in Business in the USA, I started my career as an HR trainee in a multinational organization in Brazil. Within this organization, I grew and held different international leadership positions, including People & Culture Coordinator and HR Business Partner, in Brazil and Panama for Latin America.
I then experienced the roles of Business Development and Innovation Management, both of which I also enjoyed and succeeded in.
Having lived in Portugal for the last 4 years, I currently hold the position of the Head of International Development at Porto Business School.
