With an emphasis on content production, my role within London’s luxury boutique gym consisted of: • Photography, video and artworking for the company’s digital touchpoints, from social, email, blog and digital screens assets to trainer portraits for the website. • Planning content and growing the social channels, including Instagram, which is the first London boutique gym to exceed 40k followers. • Copywriting for social, email and trainer biographies. • Daily community engagement, reactive communication and resolving customer enquiries. • Paid social advertising. • Monthly/yearly reporting on organic and paid activities. • Third party liaison for event, PR and marketing support.
Supported the marketing team by overseeing the fashion brand’s global channels.
