I was a production coordinator working on Big Brother on the live nightly show called Late & Live.
Responsibilities included:
•Contracting crew (floor and gallery team)- checking availability and creating a Rota for multiple roles for 6-week filming run. As a result, I was the main point of contact from production for all crew.
• Organizing accreditation & parking for large studio crew, managing runners and production secretaries.
• Assisting with the daily studio show, including script printing, working with the edit and organizing the daily studio celebrity guests.
